Administrator for 12 doctor, 4 Mid level provider  Cardiology group in Fort Worth, Texas. Position is created by the eminent retirement of current Administrator of 12 years. 50 year old history in the market.

As Administrator, manages business affairs of the group supervising a 7 member adminstrative team responsible for the cost effective and efficient delivery of patient services with a 60 employee staff over 4 service locations and 4 outreach timeshares. 

Manages all financial reporting to the Shareholders, liason with outside CPA, legal  and other 3rd parties as needed. Manages all recruiting for physicians and mid-levles. Make purchase decisions based on budget and shareholder authorizations. Manages the accounting function that is in house, as well as all billing and revenue cycle activities. Over sight management of the NextGen EPM and EMR  cloud function.

Reports to the President of the group.Schedules and attends all Shareholder Meetings. Develops an annual budget and insures PQRS success for Meidcare and other risk bearing IPA's.
