|About the Speaker:
Nick Chesak earned his Black Belt in Lean Methodology from Denver Peak Academy in May of 2015. Since then he has used Lean to eliminate waste in youth programming with the City and County of Denver, at OTech group, a medical software company, and in various aspects of his personal life. Nick has 5+ years’ experience implementing Lean Methodology across multiple businesses and industries. The past three years, Nick has focused his efforts in helping 40+ medical organizations to identify and eliminate areas of waste in their practice. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife Kira, their 3 kids Finnley (6), Beckett (3), and Evey (11 months), and dog Guinness. I also enjoy all things sports related, but especially love snowboarding, mountain biking, golfing and supporting all Wisconsin sports teams.
