Capital City MGMA is currently on a hiatus until 2020 leadership is found. The goal is to host bi-monthly meetings where vendors can participate.
Historically, 60 - 80 registrants attend each meeting;
Meeting sponsor is responsible for paying for the cost of the luncheon; roughly $1,800 to $2,500, not including the fee for vendors to attend;
Meeting sponsor will be given an opportunity to speak to the audience for 3 minutes as well as introduce the luncheon speaker;
A tailored survey can be sent to meeting attendees prior to the meeting to assist with your marketing efforts/strategy;
Online and on-site recognition.
